We begin with a consultation with the landowner or manager to learn the history and extent of the problems and to understand the desired outcome. We then undertake a thorough site assessment which includes an in-person walk-through to measure stream size and flow, vegetation, and conditions upstream and downstream from the site.
The field visit results are combined with watershed analysis using GIS mapping and the US Geological Survey (USGS) stream flow data to develop a proposal and cost estimates that will achieve the desired outcome. Once the proposal and costs are accepted, the work can begin.
We specialize in the installation and maintenance of flow devices. The types of flow devices we use are based on the unique characteristics of the site. You can read more about these flow devices here Flow Devices. We also offer maintenance contracts that provide routine inspections and fix any problems that may arise over the years.
